Are Kioskin products dermatologist-tested?

Yes. All Kioskin products are dermatologically tested for skin compatibility and developed with sensitive skin in mind.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Many of our products are suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin. That said, every skin type is different, so we always recommend patch testing before first use.

Where are Kioskin products made?

Our products are developed and manufactured in Korea under strict quality and safety standards.

It is recommended to store them in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

Can I use multiple Kioskin products together?

Yes. Our products are designed to work well together. Apply from the lightest to heaviest texture, and introduce new products one at a time.

Can I use Kioskin with prescription skincare?

In many cases, yes. If you're using prescription treatments, we recommend checking with your dermatologist and introducing new products slowly.

Should I patch test?

Yes. Apply a small amount to the inner arm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours before full use.

Is Kioskin safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Some ingredients may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please review the ingredient list and consult a healthcare professional if unsure.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive following shipping. Customers will receive email updates with tracking information.

What is the shipping cost? Which countries do you ship to?

For US residents, a flat rate of ___ will be charged for shipping. However, please note that this may vary depending on the region, such as Hawaii or Alaska.

Free shipping is offered for any orders above $50.

International shipping is currently unavailable, but we will try our best to offer worldwide shipping very soon.

My item arrived damaged/an item is missing from my order. What can I do?

For missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at support@kioskinglobal.com and we will have a replacement shipped as soon as possible. For damaged items, please include an image.
