Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
You will receive another tracking notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (promotions, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING is available for orders starting at $40.00.

Typical delivery times for U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, destination, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Where We Ship From

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center based in Houston, Texas.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we may require additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us at

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship only within the United States.
International shipping options may become available in the future.
