Refund Policy

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition in which it was received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind after opening the product
  • Personal preference regarding texture, scent, fragrance, or finish
  • Incorrect item selection made at checkout

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kioskinglobal.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved. 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. 

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. 

The time required to receive a replacement product or completed refund may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
