Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be processed on the following business day. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. 

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, including promotions, product launches, and holidays. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

For US residents, a flat rate of $6.99 will be charged for shipping for orders up to $49.99. 

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. 

Estimated delivery times for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Houston, Texas, allowing for faster domestic delivery within the United States.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. 

KIOSKIN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. 

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses. 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier for assistance. 

If your package appears to be lost in transit or has experienced a significant delay, please contact our support team at support@kioskinglobal.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, KIOSKIN primarily ships within the United States. 

We are actively exploring international shipping options and hope to expand availability in the future.
